Slow bread is subversive
Today, most business is about making things more efficient, cheaper & faster to increase profits.
Baking slow bread using sourdough and long-rise yeast is less efficient but feeds your body in a healthier way.


Handmade luxury but affordable
In a time when we have gotten used to cheap, mass-produced industrialized/corporate goods in many facets of life.
My dream is to share the joy and wonder of slow bread and making baked goods by hand.

Baking bread touched something in me and my hope is that my bread and pastries touch something in you.
